Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your candles as much as we loved creating them. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused, unburned candles in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note:

• Used candles are not eligible for return.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.

For damaged items, please contact us at info@casasagradaofficial.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
